Websites for home and field service companies

Stop losing jobs to phone tag.

A website that turns a stranger into a complete quote request, with the address, the square footage and the frequency already filled in. Then it keeps the customer, the schedule and the history for you.

What today looks like

The lead is not the problem. The follow up is.

You are on a job with your hands full. The phone rings. That is where the money leaks out.

  • 01Someone calls for a quote. You are under a sink or behind a mower. You call back at 8pm and they already hired the guy who answered.
  • 02When you finally connect, you still have to ask five questions before you can even guess a price.
  • 03Your recurring customers live in your head and in a group text. When a crew member quits, that knowledge walks out with them.
  • 04Somebody searches your service plus your city and you are not on the first page, because you do not have a site to rank.
  • 05You do not know which customers are worth the most, which ones have not booked in 90 days, or where your jobs are actually coming from.

What you get

Three parts, one system.

I build it, you approve it, it goes live. Nothing for you to set up.

01

The website

  • Your company, services and service area, on your own web address
  • Built so search engines can read your service and your city, page by page
  • Before and after photos of real jobs
  • Your Google reviews pulled in, plus license and insurance shown up front
  • Loads fast on a phone, because that is where the calls come from

02

Quote requests, complete

  • A form that asks what you would ask. Size, rooms, frequency, pets, access, address
  • Instant ballpark price based on your own rate table, so they do not shop around while waiting
  • Text or WhatsApp hits your phone the second it comes in
  • Photo upload, so they show you the job instead of describing it
  • Send a real estimate back in two taps and get it accepted online

03

Jobs and customers

  • Recurring jobs set once. Weekly, biweekly, monthly, and they repeat on the calendar
  • Assign a crew to a day and they see their route on their phone
  • Every customer saved with address, gate code, pets, notes and full job history
  • Automatic reminder the day before, so nobody forgets to unlock
  • Revenue by week and month, and who has not booked in 90 days
  • Review request sent after the job is marked done

The math

One saved job a month pays for the year.

You do not need more leads to make this worth it. You need to stop dropping the ones you already get.

$149Where this starts, per month, plus a one time build fee
$285Example: what one deep clean can be worth, before it turns recurring
$3,700Example: that same customer over a year on biweekly service

Example figures based on common house cleaning rates, not a promise of results. Your numbers depend on your prices and your market.

The work

Two live sites. Two different businesses.

Two sites I built and still run. Open them on your phone and use them the way your customer would.

Chico, CA · House cleaning

Maid For Chico

Built to end phone tag. Customers fill in the house details themselves and the request lands finished, so pricing happens at night instead of on a drive across town.

  • Quote form that collects the whole job up front
  • Requests go straight to her phone
  • Runs in English and Spanish

San Francisco, Mission · Barbershop

Legacy Barber

Built around the chair. Every barber has their own profile and their own booking link, so customers pick the person first and the time second.

  • Book by barber, each with their own schedule
  • Booked times come off the calendar right away
  • Runs in English and Spanish
CustomerChico, CA
Before, everybody called and I had to ask the same five questions every time, usually while I was already at a house. Now they fill out the form and I know the place before I ever call back. I send the price at night instead of driving across town to look at it first.

Not on the list? The list is not the point. If your customers call you for a price, or book a time and expect you to show up, it works the same way. Tell me what you do and I will tell you straight whether it fits.

Questions

The ones I always get.

I already use Jobber or Housecall Pro.+

Then you are paying $100 to $300 a month for scheduling and you still do not have a website that brings you work. Two options: take Get Found at $149 and I feed leads straight into the app you already use, or take Book the Work at $299 and cancel that bill, since it does the same scheduling plus the site. I will tell you honestly which one is cheaper for your size.

My crew does not read English.+

The crew view can be entirely in Spanish while the customer side stays in English, or both sides can switch with a button like the one at the top of this page. I write both. This is not a translation plugin.

How long until it is live?+

About a week from the day you send me your logo, service list, prices and job photos. If you have those ready, it can be a few days.

I do not have prices I can publish.+

You do not have to publish them. The instant estimate is a range you control, and you can turn it off entirely so the form just collects the details and sends them to you. In my experience the range books more jobs, not fewer.

What if I want to stop?+

The first term is 12 months. After that, give me 30 days notice before your next billing date and it ends there. No phone tree, no runaround, and I hand over your customer list as a spreadsheet.

Let's talk

Tell me about your company.

Fifteen minutes, no slide deck. I will show you a live site, ask how your week actually runs, and tell you straight if this is worth it for you.
